User License Agreement (EULA) & General Terms of Service

1. Scope and Applicability

This End User License Agreement (EULA) and General Terms of Service govern the use of all products, software, websites, and services provided by SANGHTECH, including but not limited to:

and all future subdomains or platforms developed as per business requirements (collectively referred to as “SANGHTECH Platforms”).

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any of our products, services, websites, or mobile applications, you (“the Customer / Client / End User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our websites, applications, or services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

  • If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to access or use any SANGHTECH websites, applications, or services.


3. Nature of Services

Our offerings include, but are not limited to:
Queue/Token/Online Appointment Management Software, WebDada Event Management, and other SaaS-based (Software-as-a-Service) products, all accessible via web browsers or designated portals.

No physical media, source code, or local installation files are provided. All services are delivered online.


4. Service Proposal and Support

  • Installation and configuration are performed online only through remote tools such as TeamViewer, Zoom, or AnyDesk.

  • No onsite visits or hardware installations are provided.

  • Standard support hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM (IST).

  • Extended or premium support may incur additional charges.


5. Integrations and External Services

  • Integration with third-party tools such as WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Payment Gateways, or APIs is not included in standard packages.

  • Additional fees apply for such integrations.

  • Functionality of third-party services is subject to their own terms and uptime.


6. Data Management

  • Customers/End Users may export data through their admin panel.

  • SANGHTECH does not provide backup services.

  • Customers are solely responsible for taking regular data backups.

  • We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability.


7. Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment is required with each Purchase Order.

  • GST will be charged as applicable.

  • Payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstances.


8. Modifications and Custom Features

  • Custom features or design changes will be quoted separately if feasible.

  • Requests outside the scope of standard offerings are treated as new projects.

  • All approved changes must be communicated in writing.


9. Software Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software.

  • Source code, server credentials, or proprietary architecture will not be shared.

  • Resale, redistribution, or sub-licensing is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination without notice.

  • Removal or alteration of SANGHTECH branding, logo, or copyright text is not allowed.


10. SaaS Model and Hosting

  • All software is hosted on cloud servers managed by SANGHTECH or its service providers.

  • SANGHTECH is not responsible for downtime or data loss due to external factors such as hosting provider issues, government restrictions, or cyber incidents.


11. Updates and Maintenance

  • SANGHTECH reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance software and databases at any time without prior notice.

  • Updates may include new features, UI/UX changes, or security patches.

  • Users must ensure regular backups before updates.


12. Subscription and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are valid for the agreed period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

  • Renewals must be completed at least 15 days before expiry.

  • Post-expiry, data and access may be deleted automatically.

  • Re-subscription after expiry will be treated as a new installation, with prevailing charges applicable.


13. Hardware Compatibility

  • Customers must verify software compatibility with their devices (displays, printers, scanners, etc.) before purchase.

  • SANGHTECH does not supply or support hardware.


14. Refund Policy

  • No refund applies for software, SaaS subscriptions, or digital services once activated.

  • Evaluate our demo before making a purchase.

  • Physical products (if any) are refundable only if unused and returned in original condition.


15. Account Security

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

  • SANGHTECH is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse due to compromised accounts.


16. Reseller Clause

If you purchase from an authorized reseller, please review their Terms of Service.
Resellers are responsible for support and after-sales services as per their policies.
SANGHTECH will provide only the core SaaS functionality defined in this Agreement.


17. General Use Policy

By accessing or using any SANGHTECH software, SaaS, or website, you agree to:

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only.

  • Not modify, reproduce, or distribute materials without authorization.

  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code.

  • Not remove or obscure copyright notices or branding.

  • Not transfer, sell, or mirror content on other servers.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.


18. Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is” without any warranty, expressed or implied.
SANGHTECH makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.

In no event shall SANGHTECH or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of such possibilities.


19. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.


20. Policy Updates

SANGHTECH reserves the right to revise or update this Agreement, Privacy Policy, or Service Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.


21. Data and Privacy

User data is collected, processed, and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
